Turbo XS got its start years ago in Blow Off valves, WRX BOVs to be more specific. Over the years the Turbo XS WRX Blow off valve design has aged and problems have risen; to answer these problems Turbo XS has now released the Turbo XS WRX racing bypass valve. Gone are the days of buying a Turbo XS BOV and Turbo XS BOV adaptor plate and having leaks after a year or two when the connection breaks down. The Turbo XS 08 WRX RBV Recirculation Bypass Valve is still two pieces, but the connection has been improved to avoid leaks. The design has also been altered to make this BOV connect directly to the 2008 Subaru WRX stock recirculation fitting allowing you to get the performance from this BOV without being forced to vent to atmosphere, which can cause backfiring on MAP based cars like the 08 WRX. All in all this Turbo XS RBV Recirculation Bypass Valve kit for the 08 WRX is the best we have seen from Turbo XS as far as recurculating bypass valves is concerned and it may be the best BOV on the market today for your 08 WRX. |
