Invidia's Subaru WRX uppipe is a catless, bolt on replacement for your factory uppipe. Removing your WRX's restrictive factory catalytic converter uppipe increases exhaust flow to the turbocharger, increases HP, reduces turbo lag, and eliminate the chances of a damaged catalytic converter breaking apart and destroying the turbo. The Invidia WRX uppipe has a port for your stock EGT sensor, and also could easily be plugged if you wish to remove the sensor.(plug not included). NOTES:
1. Only the 02-05 WRX and 05-07 Legacy GT have a pre-turbo catalyst, making a catless uppipe a major performance improvement.
2. The 06-07 WRX and 04-07 STi do not have a cat in the uppipe. The inside of the factory uppipe is corrugated, however, so an aftermarket uppipe is still a good modification.
