| GReddy 04-07 STi T67 8cm & 10cm 25G Rotated Mount Turbo Kit |
 |
 |
The GReddy T67 kit is for the 04-07 STi only; the 2.0 liter EJ20 just can't spool this turbo, and the oil & water lines will not work. The GReddy T67 Turbo kit includes an uppipe adapter, GReddy Type R Wastegate, downpipe, some intercooler piping, a T67 turbo and all the necessary turbo hardware. This kit is designed for JDM cars, and therefore some fabrication is required. In addition, a 3" Greddy AirNX intake is required for proper fitment. |
| The GReddy T67 WRX & STi kit includes intercooler piping to adapt the turbo to a GReddy front-mount intercooler. Given the size of the T67, however, we suggest fabricating pipes and using a bigger intercooler like Perrin or Turbo XS. This kit will not work with a top-mount intercooler. |
| JSC Speed was one of the first ships in the US to install this kit on an STi, back in 2004, and have a good grasp of what it takes to make the T67 work on an STi. This is not a comprehensize kit; you will have to extend the downpipe about 3", fabricate some intercooler piping (or cut and paste with an existing FMIC, the GReddy pipes, and some silicone couplers), fabricate an intake (the intake pipe included with the kit has no MAF provisions or filter), and weld things like a blow-off valve return port into the intake. |
| The GReddy T67 is a big turbo, that can push about 22psi safely on a stock 2.5L block on pump gas with tuning, and makes about 380-400whp at this level. On race gas, it can push about 440whp. The GReddy turbo begins spooling at about 3300rpm, and can hit 30psi by 4400rpm (8cm housing). There is alot of lag with this turbo, and it makes most of its power at high boost levels, so engine internals are highly recommended to get the most out of it. |
While this is a big turbo capable of making big power numbers, it is laggy, and the kit requires alot of other parts for proper installation. Keeping this in mind, for the average STi owner, we'd suggest looking into one of the other rotated mount turbo kits on the market, since this kit is pretty rough around the edges.

KIT INCLUDES:
1. T67 Turbo with 8cm or 10cm exhaust housing.
2. Mild steel downpipe (must be extended to work with a US market exhaust)
3. Uppipe adapter (bolts to a stock or aftermarket uppipe and has provisions for the turbo & wastegate)
4. GReddy wastegate (8-10psi spring)
5. Turbo Inlet pipe (requires some sort of intake or filter)
6. Some intercooler piping (GReddy FMIC or custom fabrication/"cut & paste" with another FMIC required).
7. Oil lines & hardware.
NOTES:
1. GReddy's T67 kit requires fabrication (intercooler piping, blow off valve recirculation fitting, intake, and exhaust extension.)
2. Fuel system modification (bigger injectors, fuel rails, & a pump) are a must with this kit.
3. Like all turbo kits, ECU tuning is required with the GReddy STi T67 Kit.
4. This kit requires either fabricating a 3" intake or purchasing the 3" AirNX intake sold separately below.
5. The GReddy T67 kit is available in 8cm & 10cm exhaust housings; the 8cm will have less lag, but make less top-end power.
6. Professional installation and fabrication are highly recommended with this kit.
