Perrin's Radiator Shroud is designed to push more air through your radiator, making your Subie run much colder. When your vehicle is in motion, air goes through the grill and is pushed across the radiator. Some air escapes around the top and bottom, limiting the efficiency of the radiator. Perrin's shroud fits over the top of the core support and radiator, limiting the amount of air that escape. This simple bolt on will increase performance and add to your vehicle's looks. Features a Perrin logo on the core support, and is constructed of powder-coated black steel.

 | When moving, air flows in the front bumper of your car and is forced threw the fins of the radiator keeping it cool, since there is resistance air will go around the radiator anywhere it can, the radiator shroud merely blocks the space between the frame and the radiator on the top of the radiator so that more air is forced to flow threw the radiator. Therefore a shroud will cause more air to flow threw the radiator making it more efficent. The GT Spec radiator shroud is avaliabe in several differnt colors: Black, Dark Gray, Silver, Dark Blue, and Stainless Steel.

By increasing the air passing through the radiator, coolant temperatures are kept down on track runs as well as continuous high speed drives, which helps to prevent over-heating. The Cusco radiator shroud is made of lightweight aluminum and bolts on in minutes using standard hand tools. It comes finished in a Blue or Silver color. |

The Turbo XS WRX / STi radiator shroud is made of aluminum (like the cusco) and is extemely light weight. The STi and WRX radiator is cooled by air passing through the fins on the core, unfortunately there is a gap between the top of the radiator and the upper support. This gap will allow air that could be cooling to escape over the top of the radiator. The Turbo XS WRX radiator shroud eliminates this problem by directing the air through the radiator, rather than over.
