Blitz Throttle Controller

Hate the way your drive-by-wire throttle seems to leave you stranded on the line? Blitz developed their Throttle Controller to solve this problem! The Blitz Throttle Controller offers vehicle specific kits for many popular cars that are plagued by a laggy drive-by-wire throttle set up. The Blitz Throttle Controller makles your car more fun by improving throttle response. You will not gain horsepower, but you will no longer be held back by your stock ECU.

While installation will require some wiring, the Blitz Throttle Controller is pre-programmed with four throttle response maps ("ECO" for better fuel economy; "SP1," "SP2," & "SP3" for incrementally increased throttle response) specific to your car, to provide you with your desired level of acceleration response that are changeable at the push of a button.

Blitz has built in a safety feature that automatically resets the Throttle Controller to your cars default throttle map every time the engine is turned off. It then requires that you manually turn the Blitz Throttle Controller on every time you fire the engine back up. The chart at the left shows the OEM throttle map (red), the improved "SP2" map (blue), and what a traditional direct (cable) throttle map would look like (black).

An optional safety feature for the Blitz Throttle Controller is Blitz's Reverse Cancel Harness (must be purchased separately). This safety harness automatically sets the Throttle Controller to your vehicle's stock throttle map when reverse is engaged and then resumes your specified map once you are back into a forward gear. JSC Speed STRONGLY RECOMMENDS using the Reverse Cancel Harness for all street driven vehicles.
