The Perrin vent-to-atmosphere (VTA) blow-off valve (BOV) is designed for vehicles running increased boost pressure that require a fast, piston-type valve that will not leak. It is designed for use with a Perrin boost-tube (SRT-4, Evo 8, or Mazdaspeed Protege) or to be placed in a 1.5" silicone coupler on a piece of pipe welded onto your intercooler piping (all sold separately) for custom fabrication. Simply twist the top of the valve to increase or decrease the spring pressure. Release the throttle and you are rewarded with a loud rush of air that only a piston-type valve can deliver; while the short 3" tall body makes for easy mounting, even in tight engine bays. Available in black or signature series red.
