Greddy 3 Row FMIC Install
Overall installing the Greddy FMIC on my Supra was not too complicated, but I would suggest setting aside a full day for this as it can be time consuming your first time installing one. Here is my install guide, I have made it to touch up on some things that I feel were not covered so well in the instructions. JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 1.) Remove headlights by unbolting the 3 10mm bolts located in the highlighted areas. Unplug the 3 connecters in the back of headlight and remove headlight from car.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 2.) Unbolt 10mm bolts for splash gaurds and under panels and remove from car. Be sure to keep track of the bolts as these can get lost easily.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 3.) Remove factory intercooler piping by unbolting all 10mm bolts and clamps.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 4.) Next step is to remove the factory intercooler, it is bolted in with 2 12mm bolts and 1 12mm nut. Once these are removed lower intercooler out of car.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 5.) Unplug 4 wire connecters (2 on each side of the bumper) for turn signals and side markers.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 6.) Pull up on rubber seal and remove from car and unscrew all plastic screws and remove upper retainer.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 7.) Pull down on plastic clips to remove lower retainer.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 9.) Unbolt 2 bolts on either side of the bumper and remove bumper.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 10.) Remove coolant reservoir by unbolting 2 10mm bolts and 1 10mm nut.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 11.) Unbolt 4 bolts on each hood latch (Do not remove latches)
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 12.) Remove plastic duct cover by unscrewing all plastic screws and unplug ambient air temp. sensor. Pop hood latch cable box from cover and then remove hood latches.(passenger latch has sensor plugged into it)
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 13.) Unbolt plastic panels from both sides by removing 3 10mm bolts and 2 plastic stay screws. Trim bracket from chassis flat so that intercooler piping will fit through.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 14.) Drain power steering reservoir by unclamping this hose.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 15.) Remove power steering cooler by unbolting all 10mm bolts from brackets and relocate to driver side vent using supplied cooler and bracket.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 16.) Remove OEM AC bracket and relocate AC line using supplied bracket.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 17.) Reattach hood latches and bolt down. Install intercooler core using supplied hardware and tighten down.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 18.) Install all intercooler piping and check clearances.
JSC Project Supra FMIC Install 19.) Reinstall front bumper, splash guards, headlights, and turn signal plugs.

20.) Add power steering fluid, start car, and check for leaks. You must modify your battery tray to allow for the relocated coolant reservoir as well as cut your under body panels to clear the intercooler core. Exact cutting points are available in the install manual.
