Turbo XS Intake Install
The Turbo XS intake is a simple way to free up some power without breaking the bank. It features a CNC-aluminium MAF adapter, and 4" K&N air filter for optimal flow. Installing this frees up some power and also makes the car alot more fun as the turbo and its related sounds become much more audible.
Step 1: Remove the airbox: Remove the airbox lid, take out the filter, undo the 10mm bolts (there are three), loosen the hose clamp to the MAF sensor, and remove the airbox and MAF as one piece.

Step 2: Unbolt the MAF: This isn't pictured. Use a 10mm wrench to loosen the 4 nuts attaching the MAF sensor to the airbox. These bolts are anchored in plastic on the other side, so it is imperative that you go slow; if you strip the plastic (like I did) they will free-spin and it will be very difficult to remove them.
Step 3: Assemble the Intake: Using the included M5 hex-head screws, install the OEM MAF sensor to the turbo XS intake. The two bolt-holes for the install bracket should be on the opposite side from the MAF sensor. Install the mounting bracket using the two short M5 hex-head bolts included in the kit.

Step 4: Install the Intake: Slip the MAF sensor back into the rubber stock turbo inlet hose. Then you will see a short 10mm bolt holding the black metal bracket in place. Take this bolt out, and use one of the longer 10mm airbox bolts, along with one of the rubber airbox mounting bushings to install the intake bracket (put the bolt throught the bracket, then through the bushing, then into the frame).

Step 5: Done: Tighten the hose clamp to the MAF sensor, install your filter, and bent the Turbo XS intake bracket slightly, so the filter points upward and doesn't hit any of the brackets on the frame. Plug the MAF sensor back in, and you're good to go.
