1. What's this "free shipping" I see you offering? How does that work?
We are offering free UPS Ground shipping within the Continental USA on qualifying orders of $200 or more. Seats, hoods, trunk lids, and other larger items that ship via freight service or that require special handling do not qualify for free shipping. Some brands do not qualify. When you have completed shipping and proceed through check out, after you enter your billing information you will be offered all available shipping methods for your order. You will see a "FREE UPS Ground Shipping" option plus a Ground option that quotes a dollar amount. If you select the "FREE" method your order, no matter how many items are in that will ship as one complete order. So, if you order a few things, and one of them is not in stock, we WILL NOT split the order up to ship in stock items first and the out of stock items later. Items that might sometimes drop ship from another manufacturer might take a couple of extra days to ship out as often we incur fees for drop shipping and will not do this for the FREE method. If you pay the low Ground shipping fee we will drop ship and/or split orders up for faster delivery. Makes sense, right?

If you place an order that qualifies for free ground shipping and then return all or part of that order, we will deduct any associated shipping fees we have incurred from your refund amount. Back To Top.

2. I tried to place an order and I got a message saying my card was declined, but my bank/credit card company says you charged my card anyway, what's going on?
This usually occurs when you enter an address that does not match the billing address that your bank or credit card issuer has in their records. Our system is set up to decline transactions where the addresses do not match exactly. We do this to help deter fraudulent transactions (if you need to have your order shipped to an address other than the one that appears on your bill, please see the next question down). Here's the short version of why this occurs and what happens to rectify the "charge": By entering your credit card number you have entered enough information for your bank to authorize the transaction and your money is offered to JSC Speed. Then our authorization company verifies that the address you entered matches the address in the card issuer's database. If the addresses match then JSC Speed accepts the funds and we are all happy. But, if the addresses do not match then JSC Speed will not accept the money and the funds are put on "hold" by your bank. This hold will stay in place for 3-5 business days (usually), and will automatically be released so the funds will again be available to you. At no time during this process does JSC Speed possess your money, and there is little to nothing that JSC Speed can do to have your bank release your money sooner. If 5-7 days have passed and the holds are still in place, please call your bank and/or JSC Speed to report the situation. Back To Top.
3. I need my parts shipped to my college/mechanic/work. What do I need to do to make this happen?
We do not allow shipping to unconfirmed/unverified address in an effort to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. We have an Alternate Address Form (AAF) that you can complete and send in to us if you really need your order shiped to somewhere other than your billing address. This completed form allows us to verify that you are in possession of the card you are trying to use and that you are indeed authorizing the order to be shipped to an address other than the billing address on record. Once we have a completed AAF on file for you we can ship to the designated address whenever you order using the same credit card information. This information is kept confidential and properly disposed of after a certain period of time. Back To Top.
4. Can you ship my item without a signature required and/or have UPS leave my item(s) on my back porch, under the picnic table with the label facing westerly?
By default, JSC Speed ships UPS and does not require a signature on packages. We rely on UPS to determine if the delivery address is safe enough for your valuable items to be left at without anyone actually accepting delivery of the items. UPS may, at times, leave a tag on your door letting you know that they made an attempt and will try again or that for your address UPS requires a person to take possession of the delivery. If you would like to request that your order is signed for, then please note that when placing your order (on some orders this will impart an additional charge).
We make every effort to pass on any specific secure location information you give to us ("leave my package out back, under the picnic table") but that does not mean UPS will put your delivery in that place. Back To Top.

6. How do I pay through PayPal?
All you need to do is click the check out tab and directions will follow which will help you join PayPal (for free) and allow you to pay using a credit card. Or you can use PayPal as just a gateway and NOT join. Back To Top.
7. How long will it take for my purchase to get to me?
Short version: It depends. We make every effort to get every order out in a timely manner. But many factors come in to play, including ship from locations, time in transit, and product availability.
Long version: Processing your order typically takes one business day. We try to get all orders that are placed prior to 4:00 pm Eastern Time processed and over to our shipping facilities so they can be shipped that same day. Additionally, there will be some variations in delivery based on your shipment option and availability of products. Many of the items on our site come from our shipping warehouse outside Philadelphia, PA. If items are not in stock here they may be shipped directly from the manufacturer (some of which are on the west coast and this adds travel time to east coast delivery address, but might actually speed up delivery if you are a west coaster). If your order requires special attention, please contact us to ensure that the items you are ordering are immediately available. We make every effort to not let orders sit on backorder for extended periods of time, though sometimes this is unavoidable. 8. What should I do if my product is received damaged?
Do not discard the shipping box or label, and do not install or tamper with the product at all. If possible, take photos of the damage. Contact us via phone or email to notify us of the damage and we will make the necessary steps to file a claim with the shipping company and get you a replacement part as quickly as possible. 9. I wanted a blue one and you sent me an ugly red one. How can I exchange this hideous thing?
Call us right away! We make every attempt to ship exactly what you ordered, but we and our shipping staff are only human, so errors do happen. To make the exchange process quick and painless, call us as soon as you realize there has been an error (if you checked your email and we invoiced you for the wrong part call us right away, there may be time to fix the error). Again, call us right now, if this scenario pertains to you. We will only be able to correct this kind of error if you contact us within 14 days of your receipt of the item. 10. What should I do if I find better prices somewhere else on the web?
Contact our sales team through e-mail (sales@jscspeed.com) and send us a link to the place you found a better price, be specific in regards to which exact product you are referring to. 11. What should I do if I don't know exactly what I want or if I need help with my car?
All JSC Speed employees are automotive enthusiasts. At one time or another one of us has owned, worked on, driven, raced, flogged or otherwise become intimately familiar with most of the cars on our site. That said, none of us are mechanics, tuners, or certified installers/technicians. We are able to provide you with a vast amount of first-hand experience and manufacturer supplied technical data on pretty much everything we sell. We are comfortable making suggestions about how to attain your power, handling, or styling goals. 12. What should I do if JSC Speed doesn't the sell the product I want?
E-mail us with your request. We may have the product you are looking for, just not on our online store. If we don't have it then we will make efforts to find the product for you. We can get anything that any of the brands we carry make from stacks or tuners for your diesel hauler to brakes for the track toy P-car in your trailer, just let us know what you need. Back To Top.
13. How do I place an international order? My credit cards and PayPal don't work your site.
International orders are taken on a case-by-case basis. There are additional shipping charges, and delivery time is often lengthy (Canada and Mexico being exceptions). For orders from our Canadian neighbors, we accept PayPal only (we initiate payment by issuing you a PayPal invoice and we will only ship to the confirmed billing address). If you are anywhere in the world, other than Canada, a bank wire transfer is the only method of payment we accept for international orders, no exceptions. We will accept orders no matter how small they are, but any orders under $500 may incur additional fees.

14. Do you ship to APO addresses?
Absolutely. And we also offer discounts to active duty military personnel. To get the active duty military discount code, just email one of our reps using using your military email address and we will get a coupon for you! 15. How can I get pictures of my car on www.JSCspeed.com?
Go to the customer rides section and when we are looking for new pictures there will be a submission link for pictures and a description of your car. Back To Top.
16. Will JSC Speed sponsor my car?
JSC Speed does have a sponsorship program. Once a year we review customer applications, selecting a few lucky people to sponsor. Do not call us looking for free parts or services, that's not going to happen (we pay for parts for our own cars). 17. Does JSC Speed do installs or tuning?
