Our phone sales and support lines are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays.
If you are local and want to pick up an item please note that while our office is also open for walk-in customers and order pick-up during normal business hours, *WE DO NOT KEEP INVENTORY HERE* except for orders that have already been paid for and the request was made to have the order able to be picked up. In most cases order pick-up requires one business day notice. We do have a small selection of Red Line Oils in stock at all time though.

Customers with alternate billing and shipping addresses:
If you want your order shipped to a location other than the confirmed billing address of your credit card, you must download our Alternate Address Form (PDF or MS Word ) and return a 100% completed copy via email or fax before calling. JSC Speed, Inc. will only ship to an alternate address if this form is completed, we will not ship to a non-confirmed address with out this form being 100% complete. This form is only valid for US residents and only for orders placed using a credit card. The Alternate Address Form is not valid for PayPal orders or customers with billing address outside of the the United States.
