The Mini Cooper is one of the best handling cars straight from the factory, but there is always room for improvement. The Alta Positive Steering Response System (PSRS) replaces the front lower control arm mounts with a solid spherical bushing for optimal performance. The Mini's stock front control arm bushings have a good amount of flex resulting in wheel hop, occasional wheel wandering, and unpredictable braking. |

The Alta Positive Steering Response System eliminates unwanted flexing, and also give your Mini a few other advantages. The PSRS allows a caster adjustment of 0-1.5 degrees, which will help your car turn faster. In addition, increased caster will also add anti-lift to the front end, keeping keep weight where it belongs, and help getting power to the wheels. This is a great modification for SCCA & track day Minis!
NOTES:
1. The OEM suspension bushings must be pressed out, & the PSRS pressed in.
2. An alignment will be needed after this installation.
3. Professional installation & alignment by a quality performance suspension shop with a press is strongly advised.
