Cobb Catted Downpipe: |
| Cobb Tuning LGT catted downpipes are 3" bellmouth pipes that scale to the stock 2.5" size piping. These units are designed to bolt to any stock or 3" aftermarket catback exhaust. A factory style donut gasket attaches this downpipe to your catback. All Cobb WRX downpipes feature a unique cast bellmouth and an oxygen sensor bung close to the turbo that will come in handy at your Legacy GT dyno/tuning day. |
| Downpipes come with a plug for this bung when a sensor is not in use. All flanges, hangers, 02 sensor bungs, casting and piping are constructed 100% from TIG welded 304 stainless steel. High flow cat section is metallic. This is a 05-07 Legacy GT catted downpipe- no cattless options are offered. Downpipes kit Manual and Automatic Transsmision- please choose correctly below. Cobb Catback Exhaust: |
| The Cobb Catback exhaust system is renown for providing performance, value and quality. This is a mandrel bent, 3" pipe that leads from the last factory catalytic converter and splits into two 2.5" diameter pipes to Cobb's sports muffler system. Great care was taken to maintain a high degree of ground clearance with the LGT Cobb exhaust system. |
| This system is a direct bolt on design to your 05-07 Subaru Legacy GT. Compatible with the Cobb downpipe sold above, the factory downpipe, or any aftermarket downpipe that utilizes the OEM donut style gasket. Cobb Intermediate Y-Pipe: |
| The Cobb Legacy GT intermediate Y Pipe system replaces the heavy and restrictive factory exhaust with a lightweight 3" mid-pipe that starts after the factory catalytic converter (downpipe) and leads to a free-flowing "Y" pipe section on your LGT. The exhaust gases are split into two 2.5" sections and directed into the OEM axle back mufflers or the Cobb Sport Mufflers. Cobbs Intermediate Y-pipe kit is a great way to make extra power while still keeping your LGT looking and sounding like stock. Does not fit Wagon. | Cobbs system features complete 304SS stainless steel construction and is 100% bolt on to the factory y-pipe or the Cobb y-pipe replacement kit. All factory hanger locations are utilized and no cutting, drilling or welding is required. In addition, these mufflers are also compatible with the factory tow-hitch option. It provides a sporty tone during heavy acceleration while remaining subtle and easy to live with during daily commutes. Does not fit Wagon.
