Subaru built their EJ25 oil pump right. The OEM oil pump for the 2005-2008 Subaru Legacy GT with the EJ255 shortblock is well made and priced right too. We strongly suggest replacing your oil pump when ever you need to replace the timing belt or if you are having any sort of engine internal work done to your 05-08 LGT's EJ255.
