The Injen 2003-2006 Lancer Evo 8 & IX intercooler hardpipe kit is an easy way to gain more horsepower by improving flow into, and out of your front mount intercooler. The Injen hard-pipe kit adds a little polish under the hood and a good bit of power too. Injen claims their Evo 8/9 hard-pipe kit can add 12-20 horsepower when combined with an intake system, and up to 30 hp when a downpipe and cat-back system are added on! The Injen Evo intercooler pipe kit does not require a smaller battery for fitment, but will not fit with the stock airbox, so an aftermarket intake is required for installation. The kit includes silicone couplers and t-bolt claims for a complete, bolt-on install. |
