 HKS's Downpipe for the 03-06 Mitsubishi Evo 8 & 9 features polished stainless steel construction with a 2.5 inch (65mm) pipe diameter, which will clear the factory under bar. This pipe bolts between the turbo O2 housing and factory catylitic converter. Upgrading to the HKS downpipe will allow your turbo to spool quicker due to its free flow design.
