Thermo Tec Thermo-Shield, Thermo Sleeve, Express Sleeve, & Silicon-Coated Heat Sleeve
The Thermo Tec Thermo-Shield is used to protect hoses or wires in your engine bay from 90% of radiant heat and up to 2000°F of extreme temperatures . It is not always practical to remove hoses and wires to install a Thermo-Sleeve, so the Thermo-Shield is the perfect alternative. It has adhesive backed tape for a simple install and professional finish. The Heavy Duty Thermo-Shield is two times thicker for those extra high heat areas.

Thermo-Sleeves are perfect for oil or coolant lines that run close to your turbo or exhaust manifold. The light-weight construction provides more insulation than traditional bulky rubber-coated fiberglass. The aluminized sleeving reflects over 90% of radiant heat, and is fireproof and oil resistant. Thermo-Sleeves are sold in three or twelve foot sections, and five different inner diameter sizes.

The new Express Sleeves eliminate this problem with a Velcro seal allowing you to easily install or remove your Thermo-Sleeve at any time. Express Sleeves have the same properties as the original Thermo-Sleeves reflecting over 90% of radiant heat. They are also fireproof and oil resistant.

Thermo Tec Silicon-Coated Heat Sleeves protect wires, hoses, and fuel lines from excessive heat. They are constructed of fiberglass fire sleeving wrapped with a compound silicon rubber. These sleeves work great for consistent temperatures of 500° F and up to 2200° F short term exposure. This product is also available in 50ft. lengths - please call for more information.

Thermo Tec Thermo-Flex is a flexible composite material designed to be abrasion resistant able to withstand up to 750°F . Constructed from aluminum, stainless steel and silica, these shields are the perfect option for when a flexible light weight wire or hose shielding is needed in your engine bay. The Thermo-Flex wire/hose shields are available in a variety of lengths and colors and can be slit for installation on non-removable hoses or wire looms.
