2008-2010 Subaru WRX
The 2008-2010 Subaru WRX marks the fourth generation of one of the most popular import tuning platforms of the last decade. With almost a completely redesigned chassis, performance manufacturers had to start over from scratch to find the best ways to increase power and tweak handling on the new model. The 2008 WRX comes with a modified TD04 turbocharger, good for 224 horsepower at the crank in stock configuration and potential up to 275whp before losing efficiency. The 2009-2010 WRX models have been re-tuned with the all new IHI VF52 turbocharger. Rated at 265 crank horsepower out of the box, 09-10 WRXs have now seen power output in the 300-320whp range on the stock turbo! A far cry from the 'little 2.0 the could' when the 2002 WRX landed on US soil almost 10 years ago. Whatever your Subie needs, you can be sure that the WRX authorities at JSC Speed will be there every step of the way with the newest parts and the best tech information available for this popular platform.
