05-09 Legacy GT Perrin Top Mount Intercoolers
The massive bar and plate Perrin top mount intercoolers (TMIC) for your 2005-2009 Subaru Legacy GT are available in the standard silver finish or Stealth Series black finish. Perrin's top-mount intercoolers bolt to the stock turbo piping with slight trimming to your factory engine cover. These TMICs will also accommodate a stock or stock replacement blow-off valve. How big are they? A stock TMIC is 11 x 9.25 x 2.5 inches, the Perrin units are 11 x 10.8 x 4 inches. The volume is almost doubled, and the internal passages are .375" as opposed to the stock's .2": resulting in a large performance increase and the capability to handle more boost. Every intercooler is pressure tested before leaving to ensure you have no issues.
