02-07 Subaru WRX & STI Suspension Braces

This bar braces the subframe and control arms in four points for improved handling and chassis rigidity. Constructed from hollow aluminum, this is also a very lightweight piece. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other front subframe brace.

Known as the "Gacchiri Support" in Japan or Cowl Support by SPT. This chassis reinforcement will greatly improves the handling dynamics of your WRX or STI. Mounts onto the door hinge and inner fender, creating a triangular support that greatly increases rigidity. Through tightening the unibody, steering response is greatly improved. Sold as a pair.

The GTSPEC front lower tie brace for 02-05 WRX & STI replaces the stock jacking plate with CNC cut center piece. It also ties the front control arms to the center jacking plate for improved rigidity. This piece will work with the GT-Spec WRX/STI ladder bar and subframe brace.

The GT-Spec 3-Piece subframe brace kits allows for the removal of the factory OEM U brace for a total weight savings of approximately 13lbs in the front end, making for improved steering response, rigidity, and overall handling. Constructed from aircraft grade hollow double-wall aluminum, this piece is strong, durable, and light - bracing your front end and significantly reducing weight. Some owners simply remove the OEM brace, but this leaves your radiator and oil pan open to road debris, bumps, and obstructions; the GT-Spec subframe gives the stiffness of the OEM brace, without the weight and the worry of road obstacles damaging the radiator and oil pan. The GT-Spec brace will require the removal of the plastic engine under-cover and some shimming will be required to use a ladder bar or ARM bar.

The Carbing 8-Point Sub-Frame Brace for the Subaru WRX and STI is a one-piece, 8-point front chassis stiffening brace. Carbing incorporates eight mounting points to create an extremely solid chassis. The Perrin Subframe Support / Crosslock system is designed to replace the WRX/STI C-shaped stock subframe brace; dropping approximately 40lbs off the front of the car. In addition, Perrin's triangulated brace design connects the mounting points side-to-side and front to back and adds two additional connection points that the WRX & STI stock subframe brace passes over for increased rigidity. The Perrin WRX & STi Subframe Crosslock Brace's design gives additional clearance for headers, downpipes, and sway bars - eliminating trimming and bending of the stock subframe brace. The Perrin Subframe Support Brace / Crosslock System weighs 8lbs.

Got a clunk? GTSPEC's WRX & STI heavy duty rear differential mount will make for quicker launches and eliminate the clunking associated with the differential mount flexing. This will make for improved power delivery at the expense of some increased chassis vibration.
