02-07 WRX & STI Perrin V2 Short Ram Intakes
The Perrin Performance WRX & STI short ram intake system features powder coated aluminum piping with MAF sensor housing, mounting brackets, and a high-flow dual-stage foam air filter. Perrin's WRX & STI short ram intake uses proper MAF sizing and placement to optimize power, maintain safe air/fuel ratios, and extract as much power as possible. Perrin's dual-stage foam air filter can be recharged using the Perrin filter cleaning kit, sold separately.
The Perrin Big MAF Short Ram Intake is similar to the standard short ram intake, but has larger diameter piping where the MAF sensor attaches. This is for cars running over 320whp that need more efficient air flow. The Big MAF intake requires custom tuning and CANNOT be bolted on without it.

Perrin Cold Air Extension is an add on part for the Perrin Short RAM intake V2. This cold air extensions relocates the filter in the fender well for a cooler denser air charge. The cold air extension ensures the engine is getting a cooler air charge which intern makes more power. The cold air extension features powder coated aluminum piping, mounting bracket, silicone coupler, and hose clamps for good looks and easy installation.
- Note:
- Requires Perrin short ram intake V2. To double check, measure OD of MAF housing where filter once attached. It needs to be 3.125", not 2.75".
