08-10 Evolution X 5-Spd Fidanza Clutch Kits
Fidanza Clutch Kits will help you put power to the wheels with different clutch package stages based on the modifications you have added to your car. This includes everything from stock, to full out race cars. These kits include the pressure plate, applicable bearing(s), disc, and alignment tool. If you need your clutch rapidly, call or email us and we can usually arrange expedited shipping for an additional cost. We do not recommend anything above a Stage 4.3 for a street driven Evo as the 5.4 is a track clutch only with extremely harsh engagement. Please keep in mind that we are a Fidanza distributor and will price match/beat on Fidanza products whenever possible if you contact us prior to purchasing.

Combine carbon and Kevlar, give them a steel backing and you have the most durable and longest lasting street clutch available. Fidanza engineered the torsion damper and marcel cushion of the 2.1 to engage smoothly and quickly. The Fidanza 2.1 is perfect for the daily driven 5-Speed Evolution X.

Fidanza choose to use only the very best materials for their Evo X 3.2 clutch kit. Each of the four pucks featured in the the 3.2 system are covered with 100% Kevlar, offering more grip and longer life than the 2.1 system can offer. Please keep in mind that because it does not utilize a marcel (cushion), the 3.2 will sacrifice some of the smooth engagement that traditional full face discs are known for. The Stage 3.2 is still considered a street worthy and daily drivable option for the Evolution X as long as the correct break-in period is observed. Once break-in is complete, feel free to be as nasty as you like!

The Fidanza Stage 4.3 is one mean clutch for the 08-10 Evolution X. But be warned: this clutch is no walk in the park. Though it does provide a torsion damper similar to the Stage 3.2, you can still expect significant chatter, pedal effort increase and harsh engagement. Unique ceramic buttons integrated into each of the 6 pucks provides quick engagement and puts your power to the pavement as fast as possible. Daily drive this one at your own risk!

If you choose the Fidanza 5.4 for your Evolution X you're either building an all out race car or you are crazy, or maybe a little of both. The stage 5.4 disc will show you what grip really feels like; there is no torsion damper, no marcel, and the pads are made from sintered iron. What you'll feel is instantaneous differential snapping power. The Fidanza Stage 5.4 kit is designed and recommended for race cars only. You don't want to drive a sintered iron disc on the street. Really.
