Perrin's 4-Pound Aluminum crank pulley for the 03-06 Evolution 8 & 9 is not an underdriven pulley, so it will not affect the performance of your other belt-driven accessories. It is an exact copy of the OEM crank pulley, only lighter, so the design will reduce rotating mass directly at the source, freeing up power and reducing parasitic drivetrain loss.
