03-06 Evolution 8 & 9 StopTech AeroRotors

Upgrading brake rotors is one of the most effective ways to improve braking. The Brembo equipped Mitsubishi Evolution has the opportunity to take this upgrade to the next level. StopTech Direct Replacement AeroRotors, which are only available for a select group of cars, are the most advanced brake rotors on the market. They feature a two-piece "floating" rotor design, similar to the StopTech Big Brake Kits. Floating rotors can expand freely from the aluminum center hats to drastically reduce coning and uneven brake pad wear. Better cooling is also a result of this design. Each StopTech AeroRotor is approximately 2.5 pounds lighter for a total reduction of 10.5 pounds over stock brake rotors. StopTech AeroRotors are available as slotted front replacements only.
