AEM Water/Alcohol/Meth Injection Kits
The AEM Water Injection kits are a perfect way to reduce air inlet temps and increase charge density in boosted vehicles. These AEM kits allow the user to safely run higher boost pressures and suppress detonation allowing the utilization of more timing and boost. AEM's progressively controlled high-pressure pump draws water (or up to a 50% alcohol mixture) from the supplied tank (with integral fluid level sensor) to provide boost-dependent variable flow. Your water is fed into the intake system via interchangeable nozzles for additional flow control.
An integrated system status light, which can be mounted on your dash, keeps you informed with easily identifiable error codes such as short circuit warnings, battery voltage problems, and low fluid alarms. AEM also incorporated a fail-safe that provides output to either decrease timing, or reduce boost if the system runs out of fluid or detects any error.

Use your water/methanol injection system with complete peace of mind! AEM’s Injection Monitor is a smart system that actively monitors the entire flow curve. Flow versus injection rate data is continuously collected and any deviation away from an acceptable baseline flow curve will trigger an alarm output. This output can be used to reduce boost, pull timing, switch maps, or any other function to protect an engine from harmful detonation in the event there is an unsafe operating condition.
The AEM Injection Monitor features a wide variety of innovative features including PC configuration software with USB connectivity, an Auto Set feature that automatically provides a best-suggested baseline configuration, a high-tech analog display gauge with user adjustable back lighting that can be flashed when an alarm is triggered, and an internal data logger that records injection and alarm status data. The Injection Monitor works with virtually every water/methanol injection system that uses 1/4" or 4mm OD tubing depending on application!

The AEM Water/Methanol Injection Filter is an in-line filter that uses a micronic mesh screen to filter particulates as small as 40 microns. This allows a cleaner flow of water/methanol to be passed into the engine, not only protecting the internals of the engine itself, but also the working parts of the water/methanol pump, too. Run the filter in-line before the pump to protect both pump and engine. The AEM Water/Methanol Injection Filter uses fittings for use with 1/4" OD nylon tubing, so it fits most Water/Methanol injection kits on the market today!
