11-12 Ford Fiesta AEM Cold Air Intakes

AEM's Fiesta 1.6L Cold Air Intakes (CAI) relocate the air filter outside of the engine compartment to deliver the coolest air inlet temperatures possible. Cooler air carries more oxygen, which translates into a more intense explosion in the combustion chamber to create more horsepower and torque. But that's only part of the power equation. Tuning the inlet pipe in length and diameter to match the engine's resonance helps move more air to the cylinders (think of your engine as a big air pump), and no company on the market can tune an inlet as well as AEM can. Every AEM cold air intake is powder coated or polished and has TIG-welded fittings and brackets. The AEM Dryflow high flowing air filter traps dust and debris through an extremely durable synthetic media. The filter incorporates a metal screen on the outside of the media that enhances airflow and aids in keeping the pleating in the proper position. This cold air intake is C.A.R.B. exempt or pending exemption (50 state legal) and comes with complete installation hardware, comprehensive instructions, an AEM decal and license plate frame. Dyno testing was done on this AEM air intake system and as a result an estimated increase of 10.94 horsepower at 4100 RPM was gained!
