| Retail Sales Staff |
| JSC Speed is looking for motivated sales people with good organizational skills and work ethic that are willing to learn (and work late which is needed). The job requires taking phone sales, providing post-sale support, covering forums, doing web work, and offering tech support. Experience in sales is recommended but not required. We are looking to train new sales staff from the ground up. Strong car knowledge is not a prerequisite but work ethic and willingness to learn and listen are a must. Must be able to work noon to 8pm shift (weekdays) and 4 hour Saturdays (once a month max). JSC Speed is only looking for staff interested in long term employment and a non-compete contract is required to work for JSC. |

Compensation includes base salary starting at 30k with performance bonuses split among the sales staff. After a 6 month period new sales people join the sales staff formally and are given group sales targets and get a portion of sales staff bonuses. |
| Wholesale Sales Team Member (customer retention specialist) |
| JSC Speed is looking for motivated sales people with good organizational skills and work ethic that are willing to learn (and work late which is needed). The job requires taking phone sales, providing post-sale support, doing web work, doing light outside sales, and offering tech support. Experience in wholesale sales or customer retention is recommended but not required. Strong car knowledge is not a prerequisite but work ethic and willingness to learn and listen are a must. This position differs from the retail position in a number of ways. You will join a wholesale team at JSC Speed and you will be in charge of retaining current wholesale clients and improving relationships. This job requires a dedication to a small group of customers. JSC Speed is only looking for staff interested in long term employment and a non-compete contract is required to work for JSC. |

| JSC Speed is looking for motivated people with good organizational skills and work ethic that are willing to learn (and work late which is needed). The job requires html coding, php coding, Photoshop work, so data entry, and light retail sales work on phones or forums. Experience with websites is required. JSC speed codes their own site using HTML and PHP, we do not use a program like X-cart or front page. All company employees learn how to do site work and every one works on the site on a weekly basis. We currently add 10-15 new pages to our site every week but this will change with a new employee. We will train anyone capable how to code our site. JSC Speed is only looking for staff interested in long term employment and a non-compete contract is required to work for JSC. |
